Malevision origins
Malevision is one of the oldest sites dedicated to male beauty, it was started in the times when there were plenty of male erotic amateur blogs on the net. These where the blogs published by male beauty lovers enthusiasts on free hosting providers like blogspot.
Malevision started as one of them in 2009 as a small but professional blog on paid hosting. Now, 16 years later, many of those blogs, including very popular ones, have disappeared, but malevision continues to operate as there are many dedicated daily visitors from all over the word interested in its content.
Malevision mission
Malevision goal is to present in one place images of male models collected from a variety of resources that allowed their content to be reposted. Over time, the original resources tend to disappear, so malevision also serves as an archive of these images. The site currently contains up to 30,000 images of roughly 2,200 models.
Maintenance becomes costly
Each year it becomes harder economically to maintain the site but it would be a pity to let it vanish like the others after so much efforts and time has been put into it. The costs of maintaining the site include website backend development, updating, editing and troubleshooting (coding work), regular feature updates, security measures, backups, payment for hosting and domain name services.
Mainstream ad networks do not accept adults sites, an experiment with adult ads and affiliate adult links did not bring any profits at all, models or photographers do not pay for being published here.
